Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Quantum Arbor LLC ("Quantum Arbor," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit learn.quantumarbor.biz (the "Learn site"), read a guide, or request a guide download. Our main website, quantumarbor.biz, has its own Privacy Policy, which works the same way.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a guide we collect your name and email address, and if you choose, your phone number and business name, plus your two contact choices: whether you want future guides and updates, and whether we may contact you by email, phone or text about our services.
Consent records. The time you submitted the form, the page you were on and your email choice, so we can show what you agreed to.
Technical information. Your IP address and browser details are received by our servers when you submit a form, which helps us prevent spam and abuse.
Site activity. Pages viewed, links clicked, downloads and the referring page, recorded on our own servers without third party cookies so we can see which guides help people.
Analytics, only with your permission. If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type.
Campaign details. If you arrive from a link that includes campaign tags (for example from a social media post), we record those tags with your request.

2. How we use it

To deliver the guide you asked for.
To send future guides and updates, only if you ticked the Updates box. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
To contact you by email, phone or text about our services and offers, only if you ticked the Marketing and contact box. Reply STOP to any text or UNSUBSCRIBE to any email to opt out.
To respond if you contact us, and to follow up if you book an Operations Health Scan.
To understand which content is useful, and to keep the site secure and working.
To comply with the law and enforce our terms.

3. Notice at collection

We collect the identifiers and internet activity described above for the purposes in section 2. We do not sell personal information for money and we do not use it for cross context behavioral advertising unless you turn on marketing cookies. We keep form submissions for as long as you remain subscribed or as needed for our business records, then delete or anonymize them.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site, including website hosting and security (Cloudflare), secure database and form processing (Supabase), email delivery, and, only with your permission, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. These providers may use the information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.

5. Cookies and your choices

Essential storage keeps the site working and remembers your cookie choice. Analytics and marketing cookies stay off until you allow them in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind anytime using Cookie preferences in the footer. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt out of sale or sharing. See the Cookie Policy for details.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including Minnesota, California and other states with consumer privacy laws, and the EU or UK, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of marketing, to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, and to appeal a decision we make about your request. To use any of these rights, email support@quantumarbor.biz. We will verify your request, respond within 45 days, and never treat you differently for using your rights. An authorized agent may make a request for you with written permission. If we deny a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and you may contact your state attorney general if you are not satisfied.

Do Not Sell or Share. We do not sell personal information. To opt out of any sharing for advertising, choose Reject non essential in the cookie banner or use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the footer.

7. Email

We send marketing email, calls or texts only to people who asked for them, and consent is never a condition of getting a guide. Every message identifies Quantum Arbor, includes our contact information and gives you a simple way to unsubscribe, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), security headers and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This site is written for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Visitors outside the United States

We are based in Minnesota, United States, and information is processed in the United States. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for analytics, marketing cookies and marketing email, and on our legitimate interest in delivering the guide you requested and keeping the site secure.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version, and we will post any material changes on this page.
